LaSalle Avenue Red Light Accident Hospitalizes Six

The wreck stands as an example of a case in which an at-fault driver’s liability is not automatically mitigated by health problems.

In a new blog post to the Virginia personal injury law firm’s website, lawyers with Shapiro, Lewis and Appleton comment on the legal rights of people injured in traffic accidents caused by other drivers who experienced medical emergencies behind the wheel.
